Bookstore Administrative Assistant/Clerk (Part-time)
- Assist Bookstore Manager in daily functions.
- Help customers find products.
- Input special ordering, receive, stock, maintain and return inventory.
- Conduct end of day reports and metrics.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher, and Excel.
- Be able to lift 40lb boxes.
- 1-2 years related work experience in customer service or bookstore.
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory. Associates or college degree preferred.
Community Center Receptionist (Part-time)- Field community center phone calls.
- Direct people to activities and locations within the community center.
- Support the Zone and Vineyard Early Childhood Center with end-of-day exit.
- Strong communication skills.
- 2-5 years of receptionist experience or comparable position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Marriage and Family Life Parent Partnership Coordinator (Part-time)- Develop educational classes for parents.
- Maintain and oversee existing ministries such as ‘Just Me and the Kids’ and ‘Parenting on Purpose’
- Nurture and assist parent coaches, volunteers and Marriage & Family ministries.
- Degree in Child Development, Social Work or Education preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
Security and Community Relations (Part Time)- Responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the campus at all times
- Proactively creating a welcoming hospitable environment
Sous Chef to the Café- Assist in training of kitchen staff.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Food preparation.
- Teach and enforce sanitation standards.
- Control proper food rotation.
- Degree/Certificate in culinary arts; at least 2 years experience in food industry.
- Serve Safe certified.
Support & Recovery Interns (2 Part-time)- Receive hands-on training and be equipped to serve in areas of recovery and support
- Assist in ministry communication and coordination.
- Assist in assigning lay counselors to lay counselees.
Support and Recovery Pastoral Coordinator (Full-time)- Assist in providing pastoral care to recovery and support group leaders and lay counselors
- Oversee the Recovery and Support phone center and its volunteers by training new volunteers, answering questions, and coordinating their schedules to provide maximum coverage
- Assist in development of specialized leader trainings
- Share teaching responsibilities at monthly trainings
- Respond to crisis calls and emails with wisdom and counsel, as needed
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
