 Who We AreThe Single Adult Ministry (S.A.M.) at Vineyard Columbus exists to provide a safe community that addresses the needs of singles and integrates them into the life of Christ and his Church through worship, fellowship and mission.
Maize Road Elementary School Service Projects We have adopted the school for the next year. We believe this will be a move toward the Vineyard vision of becoming a best friend of the city of Columbus, as well as being a tool that will soften hearts and draw them toward a relationship with Jesus.
Clean Up & Paint Dates To Be Determined Please dress to do yard work and painting, work type footwear, bring gloves if you have them. Small gardening type tools and/or rakes would also be helpful.
Food Service Project 3rd Saturdays Sept-May 11:30am-done We need people to bag food to bless families at the Maize Road Elementary School that need additional food assistance. Let’s join together to help do our part to make Columbus the first city in America where no one goes hungry. Please email Tim Lagro at trlagro@aol.com to volunteer for the Maize Road service projects.
FREE Social Fridays Dance Class & Cards 1st & 3rd Fridays , September-May, 7:30pm Our 11th season of free dance classes started this fall. Classes are followed by mixers, practicing to music and socializing. Adult singles and married couples are welcome. No partner is necessary. Not a dancer? Our game room has ping pong, pool tables air hockey, arcade games, tv’s and more or just come hang out with us. Sorry no childcare is provided. Dress is casual. Please bring your friends and be prepared to have fun! Living Single Again Classes Wednesdays, January 7-February 25, 2009, 7pm Join us to find new hope for a new relationship or to improve your present relationship. While recovery helps heal past relational wounds, Living Single Again enables you to take healthy step toward your future and future relationships. Adults in the community welcome. Facilitated by Earl Fisher, PH.D. Please register online at vineyardcolumbus.org for these free classes. The Living Single Again Workbook is available at the class for $8.
